Welcome to Travel Tribe Cabs. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and cab booking services. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking a vehicle through Travel Tribe Cabs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Travel Tribe Cabs

Travel Tribe Cabs provides chauffeur-driven cab and transportation services in Bangalore and for selected local, airport, outstation and intercity travel requirements.

Bookings may be requested through our website, phone, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request or enquiry does not automatically confirm a vehicle.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Travel Tribe Cabs communicates confirmation to the customer.

Customers must provide accurate information, including their name, contact number, pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time and vehicle requirements.

Vehicle availability is subject to the requested date, route, category and other operational factors.

3. Vehicle Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle selected or requested by the customer. However, a specific model, colour or registration number cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Where the requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational, mechanical or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer another vehicle of a similar or suitable category.

Images displayed on the website are for general representation and may not depict the exact vehicle assigned to a booking.

4. Fares & Additional Charges

Fares may vary depending on the vehicle category, trip type, distance, duration, pickup and drop locations and other booking requirements.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, airport charges, waiting time, additional kilometres or hours, driver allowance, night charges or other trip-related expenses where applicable.

Customers should confirm the applicable fare and inclusions before finalising a booking.

5. Payments

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed booking amount and any additional applicable charges associated with the completed journey.

Available payment methods and any advance payment requirements may be communicated at the time of booking.

Where an advance payment is required, the booking may remain unconfirmed until the required amount is received.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply depending on when a confirmed booking is cancelled, the type of vehicle booked and the nature of the trip.

Any applicable cancellation charges, advance-payment conditions and refund eligibility may be communicated during booking.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using an appropriate payment method and may take additional time to reflect depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Pickup, Waiting Time & Delays

Customers should provide accurate pickup details and be available at the agreed pickup location and time.

Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time where applicable.

Travel Tribe Cabs will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time. However, pickup and journey times may be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee arrival at a destination at a particular time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave appropriately and responsibly during the journey and follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

Passengers must not engage in illegal activities, damage the vehicle, create unsafe conditions or behave abusively toward drivers or other persons.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or damage costs resulting from their actions or those of passengers travelling under their booking.

9. Passenger & Luggage Capacity

Customers should select a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.

Travel Tribe Cabs and the assigned driver may refuse to carry passengers or luggage beyond the vehicle’s safe or legally permitted capacity.

Customers should inform us in advance about unusually large luggage or special transportation requirements.

10. Outstation Travel

Outstation bookings may be subject to minimum kilometre requirements, driver allowances, tolls, parking charges, interstate taxes, permits and other applicable expenses.

Trip calculations and applicable charges may vary depending on the selected package, route, vehicle and duration.

Customers should confirm package inclusions and exclusions before beginning the journey.

11. Airport Transfers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight and terminal information where relevant.

Airport pickup or drop-off services may be affected by flight delays, airport regulations, traffic conditions and designated pickup areas.

Airport parking, entry or related charges may apply depending on the booking.

12. Driver & Passenger Safety

Drivers are expected to comply with applicable traffic and safety requirements.

Passengers must wear seat belts where available and required and should not request drivers to violate traffic laws, exceed legal speed limits or operate the vehicle in an unsafe manner.

Travel Tribe Cabs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a journey where continuing the service could create a safety, legal or security concern.

13. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.

Passengers should check the vehicle before leaving. While we may assist in locating items reported as lost, Travel Tribe Cabs cannot guarantee recovery and is not responsible for belongings left inside a vehicle except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Website Information

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, fares, packages, vehicles, availability, service areas, images and other information may change without prior notice.

Website content should not be considered a guaranteed offer unless the relevant details have been specifically confirmed as part of a booking.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original content, branding, design elements and other materials belonging to Travel Tribe Cabs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission.

Third-party trademarks, vehicle names and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for communications, advertising, analytics, website functionality, payments or other business operations.

The use of services provided by third parties may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Tribe Cabs will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic delays, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Personal information provided through bookings, enquiries or use of the website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

By providing information necessary for a booking, customers acknowledge that relevant details may need to be shared with drivers or service partners to fulfil the requested transportation service.

19. Changes to These Terms

Travel Tribe Cabs may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies or applicable requirements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to Travel Tribe Cabs or these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
